This month included some extra goodies due to a very special event! My youngest sister graduated from SMU-with honors might I add. Words cannot express how proud of her I am!
Among many special treats, we enjoyed a delicious cappuccino cake from Bake Rejoice in Plano. The caption on the cake aptly describes my sister’s understated attitude towards her many [over] achievements. 🙂
My uncle and his wife, five sisters, and one of my brothers were all able to be here for this special event! Nothing makes me happier than having my extended family in my home. 🙂
The guy on the right (my husband) is here all the time. He makes me pretty happy too.
We enjoyed lots of special treats, and of course I cooked lots of extra food for the family, which I did not include in this month’s post on organic food spending.
My point in tracking grocery costs for organic food is to see how much we spend for the day-to-day, ‘normal’ groceries.
So minus the extra goodies, here is what we spent on this month’s organic groceries.
