These Dairy Free Pizza Bites are easy, filling, and the kids love them!
dough for 1 pizza
pizza sauce (I used leftover Crock Pot Organic Spaghetti Sauce)
Roll out pizza dough to @ 1/8 in.
Cut out circles using a cookie cutter or rim of a cup (I used the latter).
Place each circle onto a greased cookie sheet.
Fold the edges over to make a crust.
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Place 1 teaspoon of sauce and 1 pepperoni on each dough circle.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.
