It’s a chia; It’s a chia-pop!
While at Ikea last month, I stumbled across some nifty popsicle molds for just 2 bucks! What a steal! Since then, I’ve been having fun making up various popsicle recipes, and my daughters have been having at least as much fun eating them! 🙂 I took these Chia Pops out to the kids while they were playing in our kiddie pool, and they were a big hit!
2 cups almond milk (or cream for a richer popsicle)
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup honey
1 T. vanilla
Combine in a blender and pour into six popsicle molds. Freeze for 6 hours or longer and enjoy on a hot, summer day!
